Hybrid Manufacturing of CNC Micro-Milling and 3D Printing for Micro-Parts
This paper analyzes advantages and bottlenecks of CNC micro-milling and 3D printing for micro-part machining. It presents hybrid process innovation including digital process chain, closed-loop monitoring, data-driven parameter optimization, and introduces hardware & software design of the composite collaborative platform.
