Process Optimization and Multi-Source Error Compensation for High-Precision Machining of CNC Machine Tool Spindle Housing
This paper takes HT300 cast iron CNC machine tool spindle housing as the research object. It integrates structural manufacturability improvement, cutting parameter optimization and special fixture design, combined with multi-source error compensation technology. Experiments verify the method can suppress thermal deformation and vibration, raise machining precision and shorten processing cycle.
